In celebration of these beautiful and colorful birds, we are going to hold a Hummingbird/Oriole Seminar right here in the store!
Hummingbirds and Orioles have been making their way up through the southern states for the last couple of weeks! Annually both hummingbirds and orioles arrive in northern Indiana and southern Michigan, around the middle to end of April-early May. A good note to put on your calendar is to watch for the arrival of Orioles from Easter to Earth Day and Hummingbirds from the beginning of May to Mother's Day. Their arrival is dependent on many circumstances such as weather, available food sources as they are migrating, and winds.

What affirms Spring’s triumph better than the return of the hummingbirds and orioles? This seminar celebrates their imminent return with information on identifying, attracting and enjoying these feathered wonders. Learn, too, of their marvelous migrations from the tropics to our own back yards.

We have opened up seating to first-come-first-serve. Seating is limited and there are NO reservations. The seminar will be approximately an hour long.
